Do you like having fun? Do you like shooting your shotgun? Do you like fellowshipping with your fellow Electric Power Infrastructure professionals? Do you like taking your most important clients (or team members) out for a “round of relationship building”? If you answered “yes” (or even “maybe”) to any of these questions, then this is the sporting clays tournament for you. You get to have fun, enjoy some fellowship and raise money for a good cause. This is one of our premier events for the year as we conduct business in a fun and casual setting to raise money for our scholarship program. We have the absolute best sponsors on earth and there’s no reason you should be hungry or thirsty throughout the day.

[Special Note to Sponsors: As this is the Inaugural Tournament, you have the opportunity to set a high bar for events in the future. Make sure and get the top sponsorships before they’re gone.]

• 60 Targets
• 60 Shotgun shells (1 oz.)

Tournament Information

Event Logistics

• 7:30 AM – Registration 
• 8:30 AM – Safety Briefing
• 9:00 AM – Shotgun start 😀
• Prize drawings, awards during/after lunch at the conclusion of shooting
• No outside food, drinks or coolers

Liability Waiver

By registering for and/or attending this event, I assume all risks involved in participating in the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma Sporting Clays Tournament and do for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may have or which hereafter accrue to me against the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma and The Cedar Gate, including its officers or members along with any sponsors and their representatives and successors. All participants required to sign the liability waiver at the tournament check-in.

Photo/Video Release

By registering for and/or attending our events, you agree that the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma (“EPIC”) and its representatives may take photographs, videos, and other images or audio recordings of you, and you consent to EPIC’s use of the photographs, videos, and other images or audio recordings taken or produced. EPIC may use those items in fundraising, for marketing and promotional purposes, and in electronic media for an unlimited time period, and you will not be entitled to receive any compensation, payment, royalty or other remuneration from the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma. If you would like to “opt out” of this release, please contact president@epicok.org.

Payment

We use the credit card processing service, called Stripe, to make the payment process much more seamless. Once your payment is received and processed, you will be emailed your receipt and ticket. For more information, please contact the tournament organizers.

1. For Signage, your company logo needs to be received by May 3, 2024
2. Prices shown above are “check” prices.
   1. The “Pay by Check” option incurs no processing fee. 
   2. A 3% credit card fee will be added to the cost to cover processing costs.
3. Your credit card statement will show a charge from “EPIC Oklahoma” or “EPIC OK”.
4. Make sure that the billing address you enter matches the billing address (ZIP Code and all) for your credit card, otherwise the transaction will fail.
