Volunteers are the lifeblood of volunteer-led and run organizations.
If you would like to join a Committee, please contact any of the Board members and let them know. Your help will make us more successful.
The Club is comprised of the following operating committees:
Communications
The purpose of the Communications Committee is to aid the Board in the management and implementation of communications with the general public and the Membership. It manages the web site, email notifications and social media.
Makeup: The Communications Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
Events
The purpose of the Events Committee is to oversee various events hosted by the Club – all events besides the monthly meetings, including golf tournaments, sporting clays shooting events and other events that the Club might contemplate.
Makeup: The Events Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
Governance
The purpose of the Governance Committee is to aid the Board in the continual development of the Board. Recruit and vet potential Board Members and Officers.
Makeup: The Committee shall include a minimum of three (3) members with a minimum of two (2) member being members of the Board.
Marketing
The purpose of the Marketing Committee is to oversee and develop relationships with various organizations and to make the community aware of the Corporation’s existence and services. It also manages the Club’s Sponsorship programs.

Membership
The purpose of the Membership Committee is to to oversee, monitor and coordinate all aspects of the membership of the Club.
Makeup: The Membership Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
Program
The purpose of the Program Committee is to oversee and coordinate event and meeting speakers and locations. It recruits top-quality speakers for our meetings.
Makeup: The Program Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
Scholarship
The purpose of the Scholarship Committee is to evaluate scholarship applications and make recommendations regarding scholarship recipients to the Board. It also administers the Club’s Scholarship policy.
Makeup: The Scholarship Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
Young Professionals
The purpose of the Young Professionals Committee is to oversee and implement networking, events, and other opportunities for the Corporation’s Young Professionals. Plan events for younger Club members.
Makeup: The Young Professions Committee shall include a minimum of two (2) members with a minimum of one (1) member being a member of the Board.
