Chief Growth Officer
Joe Voelz is Chief Growth Officer at enxchange, where he has helped build the company’s platform business since 2019, previously serving as Chief Technology Officer. He leads product direction for Nexus, enxchange’s utility monitoring, alerting, and wildfire risk platform, and works directly with electric cooperatives and investor-owned utilities on operational risk and situational awareness. Joe’s career spans both sides of the technical-commercial divide — before enxchange he held strategic alliances and senior solution engineering roles at Pitney Bowes and InRule Technology, focused on data management and decision automation. He founded his first software company in 2004 and still writes code alongside setting roadmap. He studied at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is based in Milwaukee.
