Solar Power of Oklahoma
J.W. Peters is currently serving as the President for the Oklahoma Solar Association. In addition to his volunteer work with the OSA, J.W. is also the president and cofounder of Solar Power of Oklahoma. J.W. is an experienced business owner, solar advocate, and leader in renewables in Oklahoma. Driven by his passion for renewable energy, he takes pride in educating Oklahomans on the benefits of solar and the true expected benefits. He has spent the past 7 years building a company that provides the absolute best customer experience for their prospective and current customers. J.W. leads by example, including his time spent installing solar on hot Oklahoma summer roofs in the early years of the company. J.W. is an active member of his community. He is currently serving as a board member for the Oklahoma Renewable Energy Council and is as a proud alumnus of Salt and Light Leadership Training Class 2, Leadership OKC Class 30, and Leadership Oklahoma Class 22, J.W. gives numerous talks throughout the year across the state about the importance of solar energy, energy diversity, and how municipalities, private businesses, electrical utilities, and tribal governments can harness the power of the sun!

Meeting Logistics
We’ll be meeting only IN PERSON.
Check-In
| Check in using a technology we’ve all become familiar with – a QR Code (see photo to the right). Upon payment and registration completion you will receive a “ticket” in your email that includes a QR Code (similar to the one shown right). Please have that email (or QR Code) pulled up on your mobile device as you prepare to check in to speed up the process. Your code will be scanned at the registration desk and you’ll be checked in. Once checked in, you can pick up your name tag and drink tickets. Note: that the QR Code is specific to your registration for this meeting and will not work otherwise. Also, if you purchased Drink Tickets you will also get QR Codes for them, too. You need not bring those QR Codes, just the one for your meeting registration. |  |

Payment
Once your payment is received and processed, you will be emailed your receipt and ticket. Your ticket will have the QR Code on it.
Notes:
- Table sales end 4 days before the event.
- Regular ticket pricing ends 4 days before the event.
- LATE REGISTRATION starts 4 days before and ends 2 days before the event.
- Log in for Member Pricing (currently active members).
- Make sure that the billing address you enter matches the billing address (ZIP Code and all) for your credit card, otherwise the transaction will fail.
