Sean’s presentation examines how Oklahoma’s electric sector can boost grid reliability and adaptability amid growing physical, operational, and regulatory pressures. It will address risks from extreme weather, aging infrastructure, and community challenges, showing how resilience planning helps utilities anticipate and recover from disruptions. Using practical examples and proven strategies, it outlines an integrated approach combining risk assessment, infrastructure hardening, smart technologies, funding, and community collaboration. Attendees will learn how to prioritize investments, apply emerging tools, and build a future-ready power system for Oklahoma.
