The 2026 Excavation Safety and Scholarship Classic Golf Tournament Needs You!!
Every great team has fantastic members. Every great event is executed by excellent teams
Do you have what it takes to be on our team of Volunteers? (Can you breathe, move, help? Then yes, you do!)
Ty Hartman is our organizer for the tournament and he can use your help.
This is a great opportunity to get involved with the Club, especially if you’re not a golfer. We have needs with the following:
- Tournament Check In Assistance
- Assembling the Goody Bags
- Securing the Trophies and Other Awards
- Getting Event Signs Created
- Securing Door Prizes
- Helping with Food and Drinks
- Clean Up Crew
- Tournament Photographer
- ODAR (Other Duties As Required)
If any of these is something you can do, we’d appreciate your help. It will make this our most successful tournament to date!

Event Logistics
- Registration 7:30 AM
- Shotgun start 8:00 AM
- Prize drawings during/after lunch
- No outside food, drinks or coolers.
- All food and drinks must be purchased at the club house or beer cart.
- The Golf Club will furnish coolers on request.
Liability Waiver
By registering for and/or attending this event, I assume all risks involved in participating in the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma Golf Tournament and do for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assignees waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may have or which hereafter accrue to me against the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma and Lake Hefner Golf Club, including its officers or members along with any sponsors and their representatives and successors. All participants required to sign the liability waiver at the tournament check-in.
Photo/Video Release
By registering for and/or attending our events, you agree that the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma (“EPIC”) and its representatives may take photographs, videos, and other images or audio recordings of you, and you consent to EPIC’s use of the photographs, videos, and other images or audio recordings taken or produced. EPIC may use those items in fundraising, for marketing and promotional purposes, and in electronic media for an unlimited time period, and you will not be entitled to receive any compensation, payment, royalty or other remuneration from the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma.
