DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Excavation Safety and Scholarship Classic Golf Tournament Needs You!!\nEvery great team has fantastic members. Every great event is executed by excellent teams \nDo you have what it takes to be on our team of Volunteers? (Can you breathe\, move\, help? Then yes\, you do!) \nTy Hartman is our organizer for the tournament and he can use your help.  \nThis is a great opportunity to get involved with the Club\, especially if you’re not a golfer. We have needs with the following: \n\nTournament Check In Assistance\nAssembling the Goody Bags\nSecuring the Trophies and Other Awards\nGetting Event Signs Created\nSecuring Door Prizes\nHelping with Food and Drinks\nClean Up Crew\nTournament Photographer\nODAR (Other Duties As Required)\n\nIf any of these is something you can do\, we’d appreciate your help. It will make this our most successful tournament to date! \nSimply sign up\, at no cost\, for one of these duties and we’ll get you plugged in! 🔌 \nTournament Information\nLocation\n \nLake Hefner Golf Club\n(with a Brand New clubhouse) \nNorth Course4491 S Lake Hefner DriveOklahoma City\, OK 73116 \nEvent Logistics\n\nRegistration 7:30 AM\nShotgun start 8:00 AM\nPrize drawings during/after lunch\nNo outside food\, drinks or coolers.\n\nAll food and drinks must be purchased at the club house or beer cart.\nThe Golf Club will furnish coolers on request.\n\n\n\nLiability Waiver\nBy registering for and/or attending this event\, I assume all risks involved in participating in the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma Golf Tournament and do for myself\, my heirs\, executors\, administrators\, and assignees waive\, release\, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims which may have or which hereafter accrue to me against the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma and Lake Hefner Golf Club\, including its officers or members along with any sponsors and their representatives and successors. All participants required to sign the liability waiver at the tournament check-in. \nPhoto/Video Release\nBy registering for and/or attending our events\, you agree that the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma (“EPIC”) and its representatives may take photographs\, videos\, and other images or audio recordings of you\, and you consent to EPIC’s use of the photographs\, videos\, and other images or audio recordings taken or produced. EPIC may use those items in fundraising\, for marketing and promotional purposes\, and in electronic media for an unlimited time period\, and you will not be entitled to receive any compensation\, payment\, royalty or other remuneration from the Electric Power Infrastructure Club of Oklahoma.
